Listen as she shares with Sheila and Zac what it was like to play one of the most hated characters in a series about love.
Sandra gives us insight into her backstory for Janet’s character.
Then Sheila and Sandra explore the concept of channeling in acting, art and spirituality.
Sandra answers your twitter questions and includes some significant teasers about the upcoming June 8th Series Special. Don’t worry, no spoilers just teasers.
Then things get deep as Zac, Sheila and Sandra all discuss death, dying and prisons.
With decades of passion for prison reform, Sandra taught in Riker’s Island Prison, worked as an employment specialist for newly released prisoners in Manhattan, attended ex-prisoner support groups, and visited Sing Sing to observe classrooms there.
While working with older newly released prisoners, she heard time and time again, “I’ll never go back, if I go back, I’ll die in prison, I don’t want to die in prison, I don’t want to die in prison”.
Sandra cannot get that out of her head or heart and will not give up on the mission to make sure there is end of life care, with prisoners giving volunteer care in every dying prison.
Learn more about Sandra’s mission and support the Humane Prison Hospice Project.
